DELIVERY

Grover's Lane will not be responsible for any missing packages, provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. If you believe your dog bed has been delivered to the incorrect address, please get in touch via info@groverslane.com, and we will help you right away.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Each Mesa bed is handcrafted to order in Melbourne. Once your order has been processed and completed, your order will be carefully packed and shipped via Australia Post.

CHANGE OF MIND

Please inspect your Mesa bed upon arrival and contact us directly if the item is defective, damaged or in any other way faulty, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As every Mesa bed is made-to-order and crafted especially for your dog, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has commenced.

DELIVERY GOES MISSING

If your order arrived and you believe it is faulty, please contact us at info@groverslane.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Please allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
