Warranty

Each Grover's Lane item is crafted with care and designed for everyday living. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer a 12-month limited warranty on the frame and cushion interiors, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Upholstery fabrics, removable covers, and damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental (moisture) damage, misuse, improper care, or damage resulting from pet chewing, scratching, or other destructive behaviour are excluded unless a manufacturing defect is present at time of delivery. Variations in colour, texture, and the natural ageing of materials are considered part of the character of the product and are not covered under warranty.

CLAIMS

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@groverslane.com along with your proof of purchase. Photographs of the issue may be required when claims are made.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Grover's Lane will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion. Return shipping costs for approved warranty claims will be covered by Grover's Lane; costs associated with claims found not to be covered under warranty are the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
